중학교때 천일사 별표전축으로 듣던 존덴버의 노래. 오래간만에 좋타!!!

국민학교때 최대 유행하던 Keep on Running, Morina, Proud Mary 등을 물리치고 혜성처럼 나타난 존덴버라는 가수,
Sun shine, Take me home country road 등이 유행하였다.

당시 존데버라는 이름 보다 좆덴버 라는 이름으로 더 많이 불려졋었다.

사실 이 노래는 당시 유명하지는 않았다.
그러다 영화 "아마겟돈"에서 지구를 구하러 소행성으로 가는 굴착 전문가들이 한소절씩 부른다.
애인을 떠나보내는,
그야말로 Jet Plane을 타고 우주로 가야만 하는 사람들과,
애인과 아버지 아저씨들을 떠나 보내야 하는 그 딸,
그리고 그들을 떠나 보내야 하는 영화 관람객들을 동시에 가슴 뭉클하게 절묘하게 삽입된 곡이다.

가사를 보면 낭만적으로 슬프다.
